West Coast Tactical was founded in June of 2001 to fill a tactical training niche in Southern California's South Bay. Based out of Southern California Sharpshooter, a large indoor shooting range and gun shop located in Torrance, California. West Coast Tactical has enjoyed a steady increase in growth month after month.

Since our inception we have reached out to hundreds of local gun owners. Some gun owners have neither the time or funds to travel out of state to fixed location big name schools. West Coast Tactical brought them "up to speed" in less time and with less expense.

The staff at West Coast Tactical trains on a continuous basis to ensure that our shooters are getting the latest, up to date, cutting edge, techniques taught at both the "big schools" and with the countries top traveling trainers.

All too often tactical shooting instructors stop training once they begin teaching and fall victim to their own dogmatic approach which can quickly become out dated. At West Coast Tactical we are more interested in the end results than a "my way or the high way" approach. Clearly there is no one way to do anything and we feel that you will enjoy the open minded approach put forth in our curriculums.
